Stu and Shaun go head to head to decide if there is only one good Highlander sequel (or none at all). Over the next 4 weeks Stu and Shaun will take us through the 5 Highlanders sequels and hopefully don’t lose their heads.
Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery return and are joined by Shaun’s favourite Virginia Madsen and the original one armed man; Michael Ironside!
Step back to 1991 and see what we think of this epic sequel.

Buckle up! Chatflix is Fast and the topic this week is Furious. The Fast and the Furious to be exact. Put 3 nerds in a room and try and keep up, NOS optional.
Film nerd Brose is joined by regular nerd Jarrod and off mic ChatFlix Alum AND (self confessed) car nerd Tim Lewis!
Chatting the first flick in one of cinemas BIGGEST franchises like the MCU and Star Wars before it. It’s a tale as old as time, it’s the little race car engine that could!l starring a charismatic Vin Diesel, tough-as-nails Michelle Rodriguez, cute as a button Jordana Brewster and a present Paul Walker.

ChatFlix presents the first ChatFlix Watch Along!
Famous for being known as the very worst film in the franchise, we advise that if you ARE going to watch it, watch along with Chatflix!
Brose and James protect you as they chat while watching Police Academy: Mission to Moscow to serve as an alternative commentary track.
A reduced cast of Michael Winslow, Leslie Easterbrook, George Gaynes, David Graf and G.W. Bailey reunite with newcomer Charlie Schlatter and head to Russia for this giant mister. Even support from Christopher Lee, Claire Forlani and Ron Pearlman make little difference to this Lada of a car crash.

This week Brose, Stu, James and guest Stephen Rowley don their brown hats and brown leather jackets and light brown pants… so much brown Jones!… and explore the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!
Is it an exciting Kingdom with great stunts, witty dialogue and fun times? Or is it an interminable Kingdom with no plot, bad script and bizarre performances? I think you already know!
Regardless of the quality of the film, this week’s episode is a lot of fun and you should listen to pain and humour involved in discussing this much maligned film.

Brose and James join forces to chat the final Police Academy film ever made! What…? There’s one more after this? Why?
Brose and James join forces to chat the penultimate Police Academy film ever made; City Under Siege.
Much like Assignment Miami Beach, a trimmer more streamlined cast go head to head with a mysterious villain. Bubba Smith, Marion Ramsay, Leslie Easterbrook, Michael Winslow, Matt McCoy and David Graf return to represent George Gaynes’ Lassard with the contstant interference of G.W. Bailey and Lance Kinsey’s Harris and Proctor! Bruce Mahler returns as Fackler (why?!?!) and Kenneth Mars pops up as the mayor!
Sit back and enjoy the last watchable Police Academy film ever made!

Hail to the King Baby!
Before you see Jon Favreau’s remake of The Lion King listen to our take on the 1994 original and remember what makes Disney the true King of animated features!
Brose just can’t wait to be king, Kathryn is a little Hukana Mutata about it all (roughly translated it means No Worries ((for the rest of your days)) and Gabby really can feel the love… tonight…
Pull up a space on Pride Rock and listen along, its the other circle of life that Mufasa isn’t telling you about!

Brose will be our tour guide, joined by two web slinging panelists; Adam Thomas and Spidey-tragic Jarrod to chat Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Find out what we thought of Tom Holland, Jake Gyllenhaal, Samuel L Jackson, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau and Zendaya in the latest Marvel Films Flick. This is SPOILER filled, so if you haven’t seen Far From Home, stay Far From ChatFlix until you have!

In Part Five of Seven, Brose and James tackle a trip to Florida with Police Academy 5 Assignment Miami Beach!
The one film in the series where George Gaynes gets to star, along side Matt McCoy as his nephew replacing Steve Guttengberg.
A refined list of Academy graduates makes for a slicker film too; Bubba Smith, Michael Winslow, David Graf, Marion Ramsay and Leslie Easterbrook fill out Lassard’s team with GW Bailey and Lance Kinsey along attesting to spoil the occasion.
Rene Auberjonois is great as the villian, revelling in all the slapstick buffoonery!

This week Brose slips on his red ticked Nikes, Matt is decked out in double denim and Jarrod explores the Power of Love. Together they’ll get the DeLorean up to 88 miles per hour and head..
Back to the Future!
This week is a fun discussion about some, perhaps, over looked details and how this film effected them and their views on it now.
Was Michael J Fox a better choice than Eric Stoltz? Could anyone be better than Christopher Lloyd? Where would we go if we could travel anywhere in time?
Travel back to 1985 will us (you won’t even need a time machine) to discuss what may well be a perfect flick.

As mentioned previously this film is the gold standard for Brose… will his heart be broken? Will James enjoy it? Which of the Academy Graduates return and who is left behind? Will we see Steve ‘the Cute’ Guttenberg, Bubba Smith, Michael Winslow, David Graf, Leslie Easterbrook, Marion Ramsay? And how, exactly, does Sharon Stone fit? Find out this week on ChatFlix!
